Homebuyer Education Courses 2008

Owning a home is not for everyone. Some people do not want the responsibility. Some people do not want to change their spending habits in order to make monthly payments on a home. By the end of this course, you will have a good idea about whether or not you want to own a home. Start by thinking about the advantages and disadvantages of home ownership.

This course teaches the basic financial literacy skills of budgeting, saving, and credit and debt management.

This course is geared to educate individuals on understanding  their credit, obtaining a mortgage, shopping for a home, closing procedure and maintaining their home and finances after purchase.

By attending this course, individuals can achieve their dream of understanding the process of being financially ready to assume homeownership responsibilities.
