Provides Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) for infants 0 to 3 years of age who have developmental delays or disabilities. Services for the families include physical, occupational and speech therapies, nutrition services, family guidance and training. BACH Support Services are provided for children ages birth to 12 years old at no cost to families. Support Services include: recreation and educational activities, parent support groups, equipment/technology services, information and referral services, family library and others.
